Sliding mechanism with front opening.Steel structure. Highly resistant structure, orthopedic bed with beech wood slats.Furnace painting with grey anthracite poxy powder. The system is a very simple and easy-to-use mechanism. In the first phase, the front seat is moved forward and the backrest cushion is located in the underlying compartment that has been set free. In the second phase, the sitting part is further extended; now the seat cushion is tilted becoming a comfortable bed base. The advantage of this system is that thanks to the use of the back cushion as an integral part of the bed, the depth of the finished sofa is considerably reduced, creating the optimal situation for a comfortable sitting. Its extreme opening ease and the base frame make it an economical and practical product, allowing a fast construction of the finished product, and usable both for domestic and contract use.

Sliding mechanism with front opening.Structure in high-resistance steel, orthopedic slatted bed base in kiln-dried beech. Oven painted with epoxy powder steel grey coating. Modular sofa available both in the version with right or left lateral peninsula version. The Polo system is a practical and simple mechanism, derived from a very used and well-known sofa bed concept, but which has been realized so far mainly with wooden structures. This solution, in addition to providing greater resistance, durability and simplicity in opening and closing operations, allows the use of the steel bearing structure, leaving to the upholstery companies only The armrests handling and working, as well as mattress – cushions, simplifying and facilitating the execution timing and speed.
